Emporia Multiple Listing Service Membership
In order to participate in the EBR Multiple Listing Service, all applicants must be a RealtorŪ member of a Kansas Board and must submit a MLS
Participation Application to the MLS Chairperson. Upon approval and acceptance by the EBR
Board of Directors, members are required to also submit the following:
New Member Broker/Business pays a one-time, non-refundable, MLS application fee of $300 to EBR.
New Member Associates pay
to the Emporia Board of RealtorsŪ, a one-time, non-refundable MLS application fee of $100. In addition, all associate licensees in each brokerage office will pay the recurring MLS participation fee
($69 Quarterly or $252 Annually) to REBR at 3644 S.W.

All Non-Participating Member Associates must submit an Explanation Letter requesting exemption
from participating in the Emporia Multiple Listing Service, Inc. (See links below.)
New member Brokers/Businesses already a primary member in another Kansas Association of RealtorsŪ
recognized board do not have
to be a member of the EBR to become a member of the Emporia Multiple Listing Service.
